Ovation Medical guarantees every product it to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product or shipment received, contact us and we will process a return shipment at our cost and credit in full any charges to your account.

We guarantee all of our products will last the life of the original consumer and be free from defects. If for any reason the product becomes devalued beyond effective use or is defective in any way we will replace the product at no cost to you.
