Account Creation

1. Click the link provided in the intro email and follow instructions to create your password. Your username is your email address. If you haven’t received an email, click here and select register. Fill out the requested information to receive a login.
2. Use your credentials to log into the website. Take a second to bookmark this page so it’s easy to access in the future. Simply click on the three dots, hover over bookmarks, and select bookmark this tab.

Placing an Order

1. From the home screen, click the “Order Now” button
2. The order now page is pre-populated with every product you have bought from Ovation in the past. Simply edit the quantities based on your current needs and click the Proceed to Check Out button.
3. Confirm your shipping location, freight terms, and “Bill To”. If you use a PO system please enter your Bill To in the textbox labeled purchase order.
4. Select “Submit Order” and you are all set. We will send a confirmation email to confirm the order has been placed. You will also receive a tracking number once our carrier processes the package into their system.

Payments Set-Up

1. From the home screen click “View/Pay Invoices.” This is where you will see all invoices that are currently due.
2. Select “View All Invoices” to see your invoice history, including all paid and open invoices sorted earliest to latest.
3. Select the check box for the invoices you want to pay, then click “Proceed” at the bottom of the page.
4. Select which payment option you would like to use, enter all of your payment information, then click save.
5. Confirm that everything is correct, then hit process.
6. Choose your method of payment then click the proceed to pay button.

Optional

If you would like to set up email reminders simply select the subscribe check box at the top of the page. You will receive email reminders seven days prior to when the invoice is due, as well as on the day of.
